Juventus president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli has called on the Italian courts to carry fair judgements over Moggi, ANSA news agency reports.
On Tuesday the Italian public prosecutor called for six- and five-year jail sentences for ex-Juventus director general Luciano Moggi and his football agent son Alessandro.
Now Cobolli Gigli, who helped pick up the pieces at the Turin club and return them to Serie A in the wake of the scandal, has demanded that those facing sentencing aren't pre-judged.
Alessandro Moggi worked for the GEA player agency which stands accused of pressuring players to join Juventus, whilst Luciano Moggi faces a host of accusations, notably pressuring referees to make decisions that would benefit Juventus.
Moggi senior and junior have been set a minimum of four years for criminal conspiracy.
