Internacional started the Brazilian soccer championship with a victory after beating Corinthians 1-0 on Sunday.
Internacional's winner was a memorable effort from striker Nilmar, who beat five opponents after latching onto Andres D'Alessandro's pass.
International will play Flamengo in the Brazil Cup on May 13.
