Real Madrid told their website on Wednesday that the 30th edition of the Santiago Bernabeu Trophy will bring Italian Serie A's AC Milan to face off with Real on Aug. 25.
Real's website called it the match of "the two most-heralded teams of Europe", as the two sides have won a total of 16 European Cups.
The trophy commemorates former club president Bernabeu and is played each year at the stadium that bears his name with a different team invited each time.
It will be a special occasion for Kaka, who will play against his former club for the last six years, as well as for former Real player Clarence Seedorf of Germany.
The last time Real and Milan met in Bernabeu was on March 12, 2003, when the hosts won 3-1 in the second stage of the Champions League.
