Birmingham City announced Thursday to complete their signing with Cardiff City defender Roger Johnson.
It cost the English Premier League club 5 million pounds (about 8.13 million dollars) to acquire the 26-year-old center back from the Championship (second division ) side.
"Premier League football is the dream at the start of any footballer's career, so I am pleased I have been given that chance with Birmingham," Johnson told Birmingham's website.
