Bolivar lifted the record 16th title Sunday when they beat Real Mamore 2-1 in the last round of the Bolivian Apertura domestic league.
Brazilian Charles da Silva struck the winner in stoppage time after Uruguayan William Ferreira, the top scorer, put Bolivar ahead with a 40th-minute penalty.
Richard Uriona equalised with a penalty in the 74th.
