Argentine soccer player Damian Diaz of Chilean club Universidad Catolica said on Tuesday that he wants to continue in that club and belittled an eventual return to Argentine club Boca Juniors if Roman Riquelme goes to Brazilian club Corinthians.
"The issue of Roman is of the Boca. I am here very happy. Catolica opened add more minutes for me on the ground, I am enjoying day by day to come here and train and I wish I can fulfill my contract till May, 2010," Diaz said.
"If I am bought (by a club) it will be very good for me, but I also want to stay, to enjoy now, to have the championship in my mind and later we will see," Diaz added.
Currently Corinthians is on negotiations to buy Riquelme for the next season, so Argentine club Boca Juniors have considered to bring Diaz back as a replacement.
