Professor Zhao Xijun, Associate Dean, School of Finance, Renmin University of China

Prof. Zhao was expert and consultant of Asian Development Bank from 1997 to1998; expert and consultant of JP.Morgan from 1996 to1997.

The reform of the international financial system is one of the priorities of the G20 London Summit on April 2. Has the Summit reached enough consensus necessary to push the real reform forward? Will China's participation speed up China's integration into the international financial system? What China should do further if that is the case?

Also what developing countries should do to gain more representation in the international financial regime? How should IMF change to adapt to the current situation so that it can make proper, prompt response to limit the impact of the crisis?
