The first ever concert by Polish and Ukrainian artists will be held on a stage placed on the two countries' border next Saturday, Polish PAP news agency reported on Monday.
The concert, entitled "European Bridge, the Border 803," will be held in Dolkhobychev near Hrubieszow on what is to be a new border check point between the two countries.
The concert, organized by the Foundation of the Borderline Spiritual Culture, is to mark Poland's entry into the Schengen zone and forthcoming Euro 2012, organized jointly with Ukraine.
Polish President Lech Kaczynski and his Ukrainian counterpart, Viktor Yushchenko, are expected to attend the concert, the PAP said.
