The Walt Disney Company will offer a Chinese tourism package as part of the Disney Exploration Series.
Serving U.S. family tourists, the tourism package will take American children and their parents to China and give them taste of Chinese cultural traditions, according to a Disney representative.
These American families not only visit the main points of interest in Beijing - such as the Great Wall and the Palace Museum - but also have a chance to learn Chinese calligraphy and kite-making; and how to apply Peking Opera facial makeup. In addition, they will visit the giant panda protection base in Chengdu, in southwestern China's Sichuan Province.
