Toby Stephens, the man who played the villain in 007 flick "Die Another Day," will now be playing James Bond himself in the first full radio adaptation of "Dr No."

However, the man who will step into villain Dr No's shoes in this radio adaptation will be Poirot star David Suchet.

The radio adaptation is being made to commemorate the 100th birth anniversary of Bond creator Ian Fleming and will be broadcasted on 24 May.

The radio station will also be airing a documentary based on Fleming's niece's attempts to find out more about her uncle.

Both the programmes are part of a season, which will honour the author of Bond books.

"Dr No" was Fleming's sixth Bond novel and it was recreated into a theatrical movie just four years after it was published in 1958.

In the movie, Bond is sent to Jamaica to probe the mysterious disappearance of two of his colleagues.

The Radio 4 adaptation's cast also includes Samuel West, John Standing, Martin Jarvis and Peter Capaldi.
