China grants 4.5 billion yuan for family planning in 4 Years |

The Chinese government has granted over 4.5 billion yuan in allowances for the "Three Systems" for the past 4 years, which are: family planning households incentives in rural areas, "fewer children, faster prosperity" project and special allowances for family planning households, according to the news from the working meeting of the Chinese Population and "Three Systems" of Family Planning Incentives on October 21.
