National flags flutter in breeze in campus


National flags fly outside a dormitory building in Zhejiang University of Technology in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, on Sept. 20, 2009. Students in the Zhejiang University of Technology initiate an activity that hanging national flags on their dormitory balconies to celebrate the upcoming 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
