ASC Fine Wines presents Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Wine Dinner at the Westin Beijing Grange Thursday, Nov 12. For 950 yuan per person, you get a special dinner and wines presented by Stag's Leap Vice-President Al Portney. The event celebrates the launch of Napa Valley vineyard with ASC Fine Wines.

The Hilton Beijing's Food & Wine Experience is back for the 12th year in a row on Nov 14. The event offers a whole day of wine and food pairings presented together by the hotel and over 100 of world-famous food and wine suppliers such as Jointek fine wines and Aussino Fine Wine by Hilton Beijing Head Sommelier, Julia Zhu, and guest speakers. We hear a kids activity room will be provided, so moms and dads needn't bother with a sitter.

Head over to The Bookworm again for Whiskey Wednesday, Nov 11. Starting at 7 pm, taste what bookstore's bar boasts as having among Beijing's finest whiskey selection with nearly 60 varieties imported from Scotland and beyond.

Kelvin Tam of The Single Malt Club will be your guide through 12-, 14- and 16- year-old anCnoc whiskeys, a Scotch distillery founded in 1894.
