Recently, the social investigation center of China Youth released an investigation through Sohu.com. There were 6,237 people received the investigation.
In the investigation, 97.8% support the decision of opening "Bird's Nest" and "Water Cube" to public; 88.9% wish their children could take part in the summer camps held at "Bird's Nest" and "Water Cube"; 85.2% consider those places are "national public resources, which should be shared by public"; 50.4% think they are "public body-building places, which should be fully used"; and 45.8% of them claim those as "construction miracles, and good place for sight-seeing".
On Sept. 3, the Collegium of Olympic Park's Public Territory announced the Olympic Park would open to public from Sept. 28 to Oct. 5. By then, the Olympic central area (excluding China National Convention Center), forest park and Olympic village will open to visitors. "Bird's Nest" and "Water Cube" need ticket to visit, while the central area is free.
