No cocaine detected in Red Bull produced in Beijing and Hubei |

According to an announcement by the General Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) on June 4, no cocaine was found in beverages produced by two Red Bull branches in Beijing and Hubei Province, while cocaine detection tests are being carried out on beverages produced by Red Bull's Hainan branch.
The AQSIQ stated that relevant quality supervision authorities in Beijing inspected 7 batches of Red Bull vitamin drinks and 5 batches of the taurine-intensified Red Bull drinks and none were found to contain any cocaine.
Cocaine was also not detected during an inspection of one batch of Red Bull vitamin drinks and one batch of the taurine-intensified Red Bull drinks conducted by relevant quality supervision authorities in Hubei Province.
Hainan Province's quality supervision authorities are carrying out tests on Red Bull drinks produced by Red Bull Company Limited (Hainan) branch, and the AQSIQ will publicize the test results as soon as possible.
