Photo taken on July 18, 2009 shows part of the newly-restored ancient town of Shanhaiguan which is the eastern terminus of the Great Wall in Qinhuangdao, a resort city of north China's Hebei Province. An overall protection and restoration project, which started in 2003 and cost around two-billion-yuan (258 million U.S. dollars), has been completed, and an ancient town dated to Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) has been restored.(Xinhua/Li Yong)
