Tangqi town to open to tourists as of National Day


Residents walk on a street of Tangqi town in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, Sept. 22, 2009. Tangqi, an ancient town with more than 1,000-year history, is located at the Hangzhou section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. With streets and architectures restored, the town will be open to tourists as of the National Day which falls on Oct. 1. (Xinhua/Xu Yu)
