Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Luo Zhaohui addresses the rollout ceremony of a JF-17 Thunder fighter plane, first of its kind made in Pakistan, at the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex in Kamra, some 60 kilometers northwest of the Pakistani capital Islamabad, Nov. 23, 2009.
