Rear Admiral Wang Fushan (L front), deputy commander of the Chinese Navy North Sea Fleet, is welcomed as Chinese fleet arrives at the harbor in Valparaiso, Chile, Nov. 23, 2009. The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy's missile destroyer Shijiazhuang and supply ship "Hongzehu" arrived here Monday, starting their 4-day visit in Chile. It has been the second time for Chinese fleet to visit Chile since 1997.(Xinhua/Jorge Villegas)
