Iranian president visits Bolivia on three-nation S. American tour

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrived in Bolivian administrative capital La Paz on Tuesday, and was greeted with military honors by Bolivian President Evo Morales.

Upon his arrival, an Iranian girl gave Ahmadinejad a present on behalf of all Iranian citizens living in Bolivia and the municipal authorities of El Alto gave him the keys to the city.

The two presidents are expected to sign bilateral agreements.

The Bolivian government said that Iran will help set up an industrial milk firm and help Bolivia's mining sector.

Ahmadinejad this week is on a tour that takes him to Brazil, Bolivia and Venezuela to strengthen political and economic ties with these nations.
