The chiefs of staff of SCO member countries send the orders to the commanders of various troops to launch "Peace Mission 2007", at 12:00 a.m. (Beijing Time), Aug. 9, 2007, officially kicking off the anti-terrorist drill, in Urumqi, the capital of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
