Gunman kills one at election victory speech in Quebec

OTTAWA, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- One people was killed and another injured when a gunman opened fire during the victory speech of Quebec's premier-elect Pauline Marois in downtown Montreal late Tuesday, local media reported.
