Pakistan's Musharraf returns home after over 4-year exile

ISLAMABAD, March 24 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan's former President Pervez Musharraf returned home on Sunday after remaining in self- exile for over four years to take part in the May 11 parliamentary elections, his party said.

A plane, carrying Musharraf, leaders of his party and media personnel from Dubai, landed at the port city of Karachi around 12: 45 a.m. local time where his supporters accorded him warm welcome.
