China calls for solution to solar panel friction through dialog

Chong Quan (3rd L), deputy representative for China's international trade talks, meets with Luc Rousseau (2nd R), general directorate for competitiveness, industry and services of the Ministry for Economy and Industry of France, in Paris. Chong Quan on Monday called for solution to the China-European Union solar panel friction through dialog to safeguard bilateral economic and trade relations. (Xinhua/Gao Jing)
