VP Ge Junjie meets with Merrill Lynch delegation

Mr. Ge Junjie, vice president of Bright Food and board chairman of Tangjiu Group, met on January 18 with a delegation led by Mr. Brian Callaci and Mr. Carl Stickel, general managers of North American consumer goods segment of Merrill Lynch.

Merrill Lynch is among the world’s most famous securities retailers and investment banks, its businesses covering investment bank, bonds, stocks, secondary market brokerage, asset management, financing consultancy and financial advisory. The two sides exchanged views on project cooperation and internationalized development of enterprises.

Mr. Ge briefed the guests on “going global” and overseas M&A of Bright Food and Tangjiu Group in recent years. He said that his Group will continue to focus on its central segment and “going global” strategy, and hopes to enter into strategic cooperation with excellent food brands of the world through strengthened cooperation with investment banks, so as to create greater value by building an integrated platform of world food brands. Merrill Lynch guests said they would take the next step more effectively after learning this time the Group’s development strategy.

After the meeting, Mr. Ge also met with guests from Houlihan Lokey and the two sides exchanged views on cooperation.
