China's retail sales up 12.3 pct during Jan.-Feb.

BEIJING, March 9 (Xinhua) -- China's retail sales grew 12.3 percent year on year to 3.78 trillion yuan (602.1 billion U.S. dollars) in the first two months of the year, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said Saturday.
