China pulled off a stunning 2-1 win over Malaysia at the Asian Champions Trophy tournament in Doha, Qatar, on Monday.

Despite dominating the first half, the Malaysians were left stunned after China scored two quick goals - both from penalty corner set-pieces - through Huang Yue and captain Song Yi.

Faizal Shaari reduced the deficit for Malaysia late in the second half for his fifth goal in the tournament. Malaysia then pressed hard in the final minutes but China defended stoutly for its second win in four matches.

India also beat Pakistan 2-1 to storm into the final.
