Going back to work after a long vacation, people may feel fatigued, sluggish, depressed, irritable and hard to concentrate their energy; have a headache, insomnia and disgust and fear of work; or suffer dull appetite, constipation and dizziness. If someone has over three of the above symptoms, he or she might suffer from a hangover, also called "post-vacation syndrome". Do not worry, it is not a disease but a physically and mentally sub-health state, and people can do some adjustments about it.
