Slow down and practice Chinese Taijiquan

Are you fed up with the seemingly endless work day after day? Are you in good health?

"People in modern society need to slow down their pace of life and work in order to maintain physical and mental health," said Professor Wang Xiaojun from Beijing Sport University, on a "Taijiquan and Fitness" themed lecture held by Beijing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries on the afternoon of March 25, 2013.

Wang Xiaojun is a professor of Beijing Sport University and national referee of Wushu who started practicing Wushu at the age of six under his father's guidance, and received his education from many honorable Chinese martial arts masters and Wushu Medicine experts.
