Traditional style black sesame paste

The wax figure shows how to prepare black sesame at the Nanfang Black Sesame Museum in Rong County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Black sesame paste is a traditional snack in South China that became popular nationwide due to a TV ad made by Nanfang Black Sesame Group in the early 1990's. Traditional cooking procedures include decladding, screening, grinding and boiling, etc. (CnDG by Jiao Meng)
