The 1st Session of the 12th National People's Congress opens at 9:00 a.m. on March 5th, 2013 at the Great Hall of the People (GHP).

The session hears the report on the work of the government delivered by Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council and examines the annual reports on plan and budget.
