In mid August, a brigade of the Marine Corps concluded the one-month helicopter parachuting training. 120 officers and soldier totally completed over 800 times of parachuting training.
Despite the foul weather, including hot air, typhoon and thunderstorm, they focused on the difficult points in parachuting and guaranteed the successful completion of the training.
The commander of the brigade Chen Weidong said they will organize the parachuting training with different types of parachute, different models of aircraft and more than two kinds of parachute unfolding in the near future, so as to temper the sea-air-land combat capability and improve the ability to execute the special warfare and complete diversified military missions.
