I am looking for a way to express my deepest sympathy to the Chinese people about the terrible earthqauke and the destruction of life and property that it caused. The poor, poor children - and their grieving parents. The frail elderly... your sufferings must be unbearable. The world sees these losses and grieves with you. We also see the courage and determination of your rescue teams, and have confidence they are doing their best in an impossible situation.
