Can 'miraculous water' cure disease?

On October 11, 2012, Xu Ying, from Harbin, and Zhang Xiu, from Urumqi, came to the pit river in Shicangxi village in Wenling city, east China's Zhejiang province, to wash their arms with the water. They hope the "miraculous water" in the pit can cure the red dots on their arms. On this day, there are dozens of people waiting in a queue for getting the "miraculous water".
