Today, difficulty in finding a job has become a problem for the whole society. With TV job seeking programs and books gaining more popularity, workplace has turned to be battlefield dominated by the hidden rules. People tend to be very careful in handling relations with coworkers and have to be vigilant to avoid "stepping on landmines". The current workplace culture tell job seekers that figuring out the bosses’ minds, reading people’s faces, and eating the humble pie are the only ways to climb up the career ladder. It seems the improvement of the job seekers' ability has become something less important.

A benign corporate culture should not focus on cultivating a competitive atmosphere nor should it encourage employee’s flattering attitude. In my opinion, sour corporate culture should pay for the cup of bitter coffee in the interview.
