Beijing-Zhengzhou high-speed railway to start service on Dec. 26

A high-speed train leaves the Zhengzhou East Railway Station in Zhengzhou, capital of central China's Henan Province, Sept. 28, 2012. The Beijing-Zhengzhou high-speed railway will start service on Dec. 26, connecting the functioning Zhengzhou-Wuhan and Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway to become the world's longest high-speed railway. The new station is the biggest high-speed railway marshalling station of central China as well as a comprehensive passenger tranportation hub incorporating high-speed railway, road transportation, intercity railway, subway and bus.
