Harsher Beijing V emission standard released for motor vehicles

Motorcars run on the third ring road in Beijing, capital of China, Jan. 31, 2013. Beijing will implement a harsher Beijing V emission standard for motor vehicles as of Feb. 1 in an effort to curb the city's air pollution.
