5 dead, 20 injured in road accident

ZHENGZHOU, April 3 (Xinhua) -- At least five people have been confirmed dead and another 20 were injured after a coach hit on a truck at an expressway section early Wednesday morning in Henan Province.

Police in Hebi City said the coach, carrying 35 people, rolled over in the accident that happened minutes after midnight, killing five right there.

All the injured were rushed to local hospitals.

Investigators said the truck had parked on the expressway after having a flat tire. The coach driver failed to avoid the truck.

The coach departed from the provincial capital of Zhengzhou.
