Annual fishing moratorium starts in S China

Fisherfolks sort out the last batch of fish before the annual fishing moratorium starts at Gangbei port in Wanning City, south China's Hainan Province, May 16, 2013. The annual fishing moratorium in Hainan lasts from May 16 to Aug. 1 each year.
