Wife files for divorce using diary of cheater

A 39-year-old woman surnamed Zhang filed for divorce from her 40-year-old husband, surnamed Wang, because he cheated, according to the Beijing Times. The evidence against Wang was a diary from the mistress's apartment.

Zhang acquired the diary by following her husband then visiting the apartment herself, pretending to be a neighbor. While there, she found the diary which recorded the relationship with Wang.

After mediations, Wang apologized and Zhang withdrew her lawsuit.
