BEIJING, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- A delegation of the People's Liberation Army left Beijing on Sunday afternoon for visits to Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia and Singapore.
The delegation, led by Deputy Chief of General Staff Ma Xiaotian, was invited to make the trips by defense ministries of the four countries.
During the visits, Ma will attend the sixth defense and security consultation between China's and Vietnam's defense ministries, the first defense and security consultation between Chinese and Malaysian defense ministries, as well as the fourth defense policy dialogue between Chinese and Singaporean defense ministries.
He will also pay an official good-will visit to Myanmar.
