VIENNA, Nov. 29 (Xinhua) -- China's delegation to the United Nations in Vienna said on Thursday China hopes Iran fully implements the relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council on nuclear issue.

China's delegation told the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Board of Governors meeting that China welcomes the upcoming talk between Iran and IAEA next month and hopes both sides engage in a constructive dialogue to sign a framework file.

China's delegation also stressed that a peaceful solution to the Iranian nuclear issue through dialogue and cooperation would be conducive to upholding the international nuclear non-proliferation regime and is also conducive to safeguarding peace and stability in the Middle East.
