China, U.S. start fifth round of S&ED

WASHINGTON, July 10 (Xinhua) -- The fifth round of the China-U.S. Strategic and Economic Dialogue (S&ED) started Wednesday, with the two sides expected to hold a series of talks on a wide range of political, security, economic and financial issues.
