Zhen said China and Vietnam are good neighboring countries with joined mountains and waters, people and armed forces of the two countries have built deep friendship in long-term revolutionary struggle and socialist construction.

He believed the friendly relationship of cooperation between PLA and Vietnam People's Army will fortify and develop further along with the deepening of the relationship between the two parties and two countries.
