CPC official meets Zimbabwean delegation

BEIJING, Dec. 25 (Xinhua) -- Senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official Zhao Leji met with a Zimbabwean delegation on Wednesday, stressing the good partnership between China and Zimbabwe.

The delegation was headed by Webster Kotiwani Shamu, member of the Politburo, Secretary for Commissariat of Zimbabwe African National Union Patriotic Front (ZANU-PF), minister of Information and Communication Technology, Postal and Courier Services of Zimbabwe.

Zhao, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, said during the meeting that China is willing to further promote the relations between the two countries as well as the ties between the CPC and ZANU-PF.

Shamu thanked China for its long-term assistance and voiced hope to learn from China.
