A Cambodian cargo ship with 15 North Korean crew members on board struck rocks and stranded off an island in the northeast China's Dalian Bay on Saturday. A helicopter of Beihai rescue flight team dispatched by China's Ministry of Transport rescued and transferred all crew members on board.
