If applying for extension of "L" visa, one of the following certificates is also required:

(3) Certificate of financial sponsorship.

If applying for extension of "F" visa, the following is also required:
Letter from the receiving entity.

If applying for "F" visa, the following is also required:
Letter from the authorization entity.

If applying for "L" or "D" return visa, the following is also required:
A valid residence permit.

If applying for "X" or "Z" return visa, the following are also required:
a. A valid residence permit or temporary residence permit;
b. Letter from the employer.
