With the reinforcement of China's reform, the international community is paying greater attention to policy details, as they play an eve more pivotal role in determining success. The highlight of the "two sessions" will be when the Chinese government shows further detail of planned reforms.

The international media have noted that from the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Chinese government has promoted 60 specific and wide-ranging measures.

The Straits Times of Singapore observed that "reform" and "implementation" will be the focus of the two sessions.

The Financial Times of the UK predicts that some crucial points in a long list, including economic growth targets, real estate policy, environmental pollution, diplomatic relations, and local government debt, will help to clarify the train of thought of China's leaders.

The international media are therefore very busy. The president of ITAR-Tass (Beijing Branch) Kirillov has expressed a wish to interview Chinese writer Mo Yan, as the Russian people are very interested in the Nobel Prize laureate. Journalists from Central Daily News of South Korea want to interview some post-90s NPC and CPPCC members, aiming to get an understanding of the opinions of the younger generation towards reform.

The great achievements of China's reform and opening up derive from thousands of details. In illuminating these details, the two sessions will embrace a new China.
