Americans Protest Against NATO's Bombing to Yugoslavia

Over three hundred demonstrators gathered in New York City's Times' Square on March 25 to also mark the anniversary of NATO's bombing. The demonstration was organized by a US anti-war group that was founded last year when NATO began its missile attack against Yugoslavia.

The demonstrators marched from Times' Square to the offices of the New York Times' newspaper calling for the US and NATO to leave Kosovo

Brian Becker, one of the protest organizers Said:" We're demanding that US and NATO leave Kosovo. That instead of bringing peace and harmony to Kosovo, what they've done is brought a reign of terror against the people who live there."

The demonstration was organized by a US anti-war group. The demonstrators say that NATO's presence has not only hurt people living in Kosovo, but has also brought a reign of terror to the region.

The group also spoke out against the US media's coverage of the NATO missile attacks in Yugoslavia. The group claims that the newspaper did not tell the truth and had a decidedly pro-NATO bias in their coverage of the war.
