Tourism Trade Fair to Be Held in North China

A tourism trade fair focusing on north China will be held during April 6-9 in Shijiazhuang, capital city of Hebei Province which neighbors the national capital Beijing.

The fair is co-sponsored by 10 municipalities and provinces in north and northeast China, including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Henan, Liaoning, Jilin, and Heilongjiang.

More than 2,000 people are expected to attend the trade fair, representing tourist agencies from 25 Chinese municipalities, provinces, and autonomous regions, Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions, and 15 foreign countries including the United States, Britain, Singapore, and Thailand.

Representatives will hold trade talks, release tourism information, and tour scenic spots in Hebei Province.
